Model Home

We've been told that we can build a model home before the zoning and building permits come through.  The process of rezoning and obtaining all the required approvals is long, tedious, and bureaucratic.  It's no wonder that people at the bottom of the pyramid can't afford to purchase homes.

So, we're moving forward with a model home.   We've poured the foundation and have begun building the walls.  We're using a compressed earth brick.  The bricks use far less cement than traditional building materials, are more environmentally friendly, and look really great.

We've seen a huge interest in the local market for our homes.  Without any formalized marketing we've already heard from 35 interested customers.  As soon as the legal paper work catches up with us we'll be able to sell.
